We deliver products Australia wide using Startrack. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes. Startrack is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Advanced Cosmeceuticals takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. For this reason we advise getting orders shipped to a business address or an address where somebody will be available. Please contact our customer service department if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe. Advanced Cosmeceuticals ships goods within Australia and New Zealand only.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Skindinävia Australia offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all Skindinävia products sold via www.skindinavia.com.au. Skindinävia will refund the purchase amount on the condition that the Product is returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the product, and on the condition that the customer has not previously purchased the same Product. Returned product must have at least 50% of the contents remaining and packaging must be in undamaged, original condition. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to arrange delivery for the return of the product. The refund amount is the amount the customer originally paid for the Skindinävia Product and does not include any costs incurred in the shipping, delivery or return of the product.
Period for refund - Skindinävia will refund the customer within 30 days after the product is returned to Skindinävia Australia.
Fraud - Skindinävia Australia reserves the right to reject any refund it deems inappropriate or an abuse of the offer, or the subject of fraud.
